Why Pulse4Pulse

The All-in-One Onsite Diagnostic Service

Everything your practice needs to detect hidden cardiovascular and autonomic conditions — without adding staff, purchasing equipment, or disrupting your workflow.

Better Patient Outcomes

Identify What Standard Checkups Miss

Most chronic cardiovascular and autonomic conditions are completely asymptomatic in their early stages. By the time symptoms appear, significant disease progression has already occurred. Pulse4Pulse tests for these conditions before costly and invasive interventions become necessary — giving your patients the gift of early detection and your practice the opportunity to intervene when it matters most.

Enhanced Practice Revenue

New Medicare Revenue With Zero Overhead

Pulse4Pulse testing is reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial insurers — with up to 5 billable CPT codes per visit. Our certified technician comes to you, conducts the assessments, and supports the billing process. You receive all insurance remittances directly. No capital expense, no staff training, no workflow disruption.

The Testing Protocol

3 Core Tests. 20 Minutes. Actionable Results.

Three noninvasive assessments conducted onsite by our certified technician — delivering same-day results directly to your clinical team.

Sudomotor Test

The device stimulates the patient's sweat glands (through hands and feet) by emitting a low-voltage current through a glass plate. Results help the physician determine if the patient is at risk of vascular disease or neuropathy — often the earliest detectable sign of autonomic dysfunction in diabetic patients.

Autonomic Nervous System Test

We report heart-rate variability with beat-to-beat blood pressure after deep breathing, head-tilt, and Valsalva maneuver tests, compared to baseline. This identifies many diseases of the nervous system — including cardiac autonomic neuropathy — before they progress to serious cardiac events.

Ankle-Brachial Index Test

A measurement of the ratio of blood pressure in the upper and lower body. Results indicate if the patient is suffering from peripheral vascular disease and enable testing of the vascular system at the micro-level — detecting peripheral artery disease at its earliest, most treatable stage.

Proven Standards of Care

Recommended by the Leading Medical Associations
